Thank you for partnering with us in the work of the gospel. Your faithful giving supports the ministry of Caledon Hills Fellowship Baptist Church as we seek to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ.

We are a registered Canadian charity (Business Number 806974945RR0001). Charitable donation receipts for tax purposes are issued annually (February of the following year). To ensure proper recording and receipting, please include your full name (with middle initial if possible), envelope number (if you have one), and/or mailing address with every gift. Undesignated gifts go to the General Fund unless you indicate another approved fund such as Missions or Benevolence Funds.

1. Interac e-Transfer

This is a convenient and secure way to give.

1. Log in to your online banking or mobile app and select “Send an Interac e-Transfer.”
2. Choose the account the funds will come from.
3. Enter the amount you wish to donate.
4. Enter the recipient name as CHFBC (you can optionally add this to your payee list for future use).
5. Enter the email address: chfbc@bellnet.ca.
6. In the message/note field, include your full name with middle initial and envelope number (or your mailing address if you do not have an envelope number). You may also indicate a specific approved fund if desired.
7. Confirm and send.

Your donation is deposited automatically into the church account. The Envelope Secretary records it for your tax receipt. Steps may vary slightly by bank; most personal accounts do not charge a fee for e-Transfers.

2. Cash or Cheques in the Offering Box (During Sunday Services)

During Sunday worship services you may place cash or cheques in the offering box or plate provided.

• Make cheques payable to CHFBC (or Caledon Hills Fellowship Baptist Church).
• For proper receipting, please use a church envelope (available at the church) or attach a note with your full name (with middle initial), envelope number (if applicable), and/or mailing address. Indicate any specific approved fund if desired.

3. Cheques by Mail

Mail your cheque payable to CHFBC along with a note that includes your full name with middle initial and envelope number (or mailing address if you do not have an envelope number). Indicate any specific approved fund if desired.

4. Donations of Securities

Gifts of publicly traded securities (stocks, mutual funds, etc.) can be an advantageous way to give. Please contact the Envelope Secretary first so the proper transfer process can be arranged and the gift recorded correctly for tax purposes.
